1. I have ER positive breast cancer and was told I need to be on hormone tablets for at least 5 years but my DUTCH test shows I’m post-menopausal and my estrogen levels are low. Do I still need to be on hormone tablets?

2. I have constipation with treatment but I don’t want to be dependent on laxatives. What natural alternatives do you recommend?
